Since returning to Marshall in 1970, after completing law school, Bailey Moseley has had a lifetime of community service, which includes:

Cypress Valley Navigation District, Appointed by Harrison County Commissioners.
City of Marshall Charter Revision Committee, 1998. Elected by the citizens of Marshall to a committee to rewrite the City's charter.
City of Marshall Planning & Zoning Commission, former member & Chairman.
Marshall Public Library, past member of Board of Trustees.
Harrison County Bar Association, past president and former director of continuing legal education.
Co-Founder of the Marshall Soccer Association for youth.
Marshall Lawyers Care (co-founder).

Bailey Moseley, 61, a fifth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of Harrison County was born in 1944, the son of Margaret Ross Moseley and Haywood W. Moseley, Jr. Bailey's brother, Sam Moseley, is the Chairman of the Harrison County Republican Party.

Bailey and his high school sweetheart, Kay Saxon Moseley, have been married for over 40 years. They attend Cypress Valley Bible Church in Marshall and have two children. Bailey's first grandchild, Saxon Marie Moseley, a seventh-generation Texan, was born in August 2006.
