Bailey Moseley enjoys giving back to his community. He frequently provides pro bono (no charge) legal services for community churches and local charities.

Bailey Moseley, 61, a fifth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of Harrison County was born in 1944, the son of Margaret Ross Moseley and Haywood W. Moseley, Jr. Bailey's brother, Sam Moseley, is the Chairman of the Harrison County Republican Party.
Bailey and his high school sweetheart, Kay Saxon Moseley, have been married for over 40 years. They attend Cypress Valley Bible Church in Marshall and have two children. Bailey's first grandchild, Saxon Marie Moseley, a seventh-generation Texan, was born in August 2006.
