It seems to us that voters should focus on a very few issues in elections involving the judiciary.
First, does the candidate have a strong record of integrity within the legal profession? Second, will the candidate strictly interpret the law as it is written? Third, will the candidate rule fairly on every case regardless of personal views?
With Marshall's Moseley, the answer in every single instance is an emphatic "yes."
We do not have anything bad to say about Moseley's opponent in this race, but Moseley and his family are engrained members of this community. We know personally of their integrity. We know of their commitment to the law and its higher ideals.
Moseley has conducted his life and legal career to bring him to the point that he is both able and qualified for this position. We urge a vote for him in the general election.
