FAMILY PHYSICIANS ENDORSE BAILEY MOSELEY FOR 6TH COURT OF APPEALS
AUSTIN - The political advocacy arm of the Texas Academy of Family Physicians, Texas' largest physician specialty organization, has endorsed Bailey Moseley for Texas' 6th Court of Appeals.
"Now, perhaps more than ever before, Texas needs qualified individuals serving on the bench who will strictly interpret the law," said Dr. Lloyd Van Winkle, MD TAFPPAC Chairman. "Family Physicians are supporting Bailey Moseley for Texas' 6th Court of Appeal because he will be a compassionate, principled jurist."
"Bailey Moseley has a long record of public service to the people of Texas," added Van Winkle. "As a small town lawyer and former assistant district attorney in Harrison County, his legal experience far outweights that of his opponents."
