TEXAS CIVIL JUSTICE LEAGUE PAC ENDORSES BAILEY MOSELEY FOR THE 6TH COURT OF APPEALS
Business Group Lauds Candidate's Experience and Public Service
"Bailey Moseley's background and experience make him a clear choice for the 6th Court of Appeals," said George S. Christian, TCJL PAC treasurer. "Moseley's conservative judicial philosophy, legal scholarship, and decades of public service will contribute to a fair and balanced court."
Moseley, 61, is a fifth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of Harrison County. He faces two opponents in the Republican primary election, Tuesday, March 7, 2006. Based in Texarkana, the 6th Court of Appeals includes 19 Northeast Texas counties, including Bowie, Gregg, Harrison and Hunt counties.
